Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions about HVAC installation, maintenance, or your existing system? We’ve got answers.
A high efficiency gas furnace burns less fuel and gives you more heat, helping you save money on your energy bills. It also creates more even heat and reduces waste. If your current furnace is over 15 years old, a new installation can make a big difference in comfort and cost.
Yes! A heat pump is a great choice for Ottawa’s changing seasons. It works as both a heater and an air conditioner, so you stay warm in the winter and cool during hot summers. A new system like this can boost efficiency and lower monthly bills.
Our team handles the full installation process, including helping you choose the right size and setting it up and testing the system. We carry trusted brands, offer heat pump installation for new and older homes, and explain everything so you know what to expect.
A heat exchanger safely transfers heat from one area to another inside your furnace or HVAC system. It’s an important part of high-efficiency heating, and keeping it in good shape is key to getting the most out of your system. Cracks or damage can cause problems, so regular inspections help keep things safe and running smoothly.
Yes! We provide heating and cooling services for both homes and small businesses in Ottawa. If you're running a business and need a new HVAC system, repair, or regular maintenance, we can help.
